Information you give us
When you request a quote, book a service, or send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your home address, your answers to our quote questions (things like square footage, skylights, roof type, or solar panel count), photos of your home if you choose to upload them for a firm price, and anything you write in a message field. We ask for this so we can price your job, schedule your visit, and follow up with you about your quote. Uploaded photos are stored privately, used only to price your job, and are never made public.
Information we look up or collect automatically
To build your instant quote, we look up your home's square footage in public county assessor records and real estate data services using the address you enter. We also use standard, privacy-friendly website analytics that count visits and page views without cookies, and advertising measurement tags from Google that help us know when our ads lead to a quote request or a phone call.
How we use your information
We use your information to produce your quote, schedule and perform your service, send you your quote or booking details by text or email, collect your booking deposit, respond to your questions, and follow up about a quote you started. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Service providers we rely on
Like most small businesses, we use a few trusted tools to run our operations: field service software to manage jobs and scheduling, a payment processor to handle deposits, and email and text delivery services to send you confirmations. Your card details are entered on our payment processor's secure page and never touch this website. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote, your booking, or your service. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or call us using the contact information below and we will take care of it.
