Service Technician

What Can You Expect?

• At GlassPro, we treat our employees well!
• You will be responsible for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, Christmas light installation, and other various cleaning tasks for residential and commercial buildings.
• The position is both hourly and commission based, so employees will have the ability to make more money based on proficiency.
• You'll work in crews of 2 or more.
• Both full and part time positions are available.
• Tips are 100% given to the employee(s) completing the work.
• Bonuses will be given for great reviews from customers, exceptional quality of work, and the ability to upsell.

Position Requirements

• You must be willing and able to pass a background check.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• You must be willing and able to pass a drug screening.

What We Are Looking for in Our New Team Member

• We’re looking for a person who has a great attitude and is conscientious, motivated, and willing to learn.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with customers.
• Roof access and ladder use will be common, so our technicians will need to be comfortable with heights.
• No experience is required for this role. We will teach you!
